I have been teaching for twelve years and currently teach 2nd grade in Downers Grove. I earned my undergraduate degree from Monmouth College and my master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am an Apple Distinguished Educator, Apple Teacher, Google Certified Educator, Seesaw Ambassador, and Showbie Champion. As an educator and lifelong learner, I am constantly looking for new and exciting ways to integrate technology into the curriculum to increase student engagement and achievement. This will be my fifth year teaching in a 1:1 iPad classroom.
